Refund Policy*

Upon purchase of your ticket, there are no refunds however we are happy to change to another night that may be suitable should you provide more than 48 hours notice.  Prices are subject to change and are accurate at time of advertising.  Please call The Village Theatre Box Office on (07) 5577-8999 if you have any further queries.  Any other relevant refunds are subject to approval by Management.

If for any reason an event is cancelled, rescheduled, brought forward to an earlier or later time, relocated, or any other justified reason by the Seller, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange, so please maintain copies and any receipts. EventBrite, Ticketek, any reseller or the Seller will not be liable for any other losses incurred by any person as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event for any reason, including any travel and accommodation expenses.

All bulk tickets supplied or purchased last for 6 months from date of issue/ supply.
